1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between 7p77u ("Platform", "we", "our") and its users ("you", "user"). By accessing, browsing or using this platform, you automatically give your consent to these terms and conditions.

2. Eligibility and Registration

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

7p77u currently supports transactions via the following mobile banking methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 for all methods.

• Use the correct payment reference when making a deposit.
• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party payment accounts are not accepted.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

7p77u offers new members a 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to receive this bonus:

• A minimum deposit of ৳200 is required.
• To withdraw the bonus funds, the total amount (deposit + bonus) must be wagered 15 times (wagering requirement: 15x).
• The wagering requirement must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• The welcome bonus cannot be claimed more than once from the same household or IP address.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

The following general conditions apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per account.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — only after the wagering requirement has been met.
• 7p77u reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus programme at any time.
• Bonuses may be forfeited if misuse or fraud is suspected.

5.3 VIP Programme

The 7p77u VIP programme has 5 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback is available at each tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, 0.8% at Platinum and up to 1.0% weekly cashback at Diamond tier. Advancement to a higher VIP tier depends on the user's activity and participation.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All betting and gaming activities on 7p77u are governed by the following rules:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
• Game outcomes are determined entirely by a random number generator (RNG).
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, 7p77u will make a decision based on the system logs.
• If there is any doubt about the rules of a game, the game provider's rules will apply.

6.2 Sports Betting

The following rules apply to betting on cricket, football and other sports:

• If a match is cancelled after a bet has been accepted, the bet stake will be returned.
• Bets will be settled on the basis of the official result of the event.
• Odds offered in live betting are subject to change; once accepted, the bet will be settled at those odds.

6.3 Errors and Technical Issues

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 7p77u and may result in immediate account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Use of software, bots, automated tools or artificial advantages.
• Money laundering or use of funds from illegal sources.
• Fraud, forgery or attempted hacking.
• Dishonest behaviour towards or harassment of other users.
• Operating an account using a false identity.

We monitor all transactions and gaming activities. We reserve the right to investigate if any unusual activity is detected.

8. Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at User Request

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending bets will be settled and any remaining balance will be processed before the account is closed.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 7p77u

7p77u may immediately suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence of fraud or forgery.
• Providing false information.
• Bonus misuse.
• Violation of laws or regulations.
